    Very enjoyable experience. Food orders were delivered to the car accurately and hot. Never a long wait.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sonic on 9 mile as a DoorDash driver. The process requires me to step inside the door to confirm my pickup, which I did, but a manager immediately rushed up, approaching me aggressively. I was flustered because I couldn’t even pronounce the customer’s name yet, and she never asked how I was doing—just rudely told me to wait outside. On top of that, the customer had asked me to make sure her sauce was in the order. When I asked if they could put extra in there she got even more disrespectful and saying she didn’t pay for she dosent get extra I was like I meant just make sure what she asked for is in the bag!!! And 9/10 times most places don’t put sauces in the bag I know that from experience , and when I questioned it, I rolled my eyes—not out of disrespect, but out of frustration because this was a repeated problem. She saw that, and instead of giving me a chance to explain, she came out, berated me, and then refused to serve me entirely. I wasn’t treated with any basic respect or customer service, and this is not how a MANAGER should represent a BUSINESS!

    I Went through the drive through and could see how the kitchen was visibly dirty and just looked like a breeding grounds for bugs and all other sorts of creatures. That immediately put me off and I did not take my food and just ended up leaving.
