  Saturday - August 22, 2026. Check #: 84 This was an online order with a BOGO special. I parked in a mobile pick-up with a sign that instructed to text a code on the app to receive the order. There is no such option to text the code. When an employee exited the building, I told her about the issue with the app. Although friendly, she responded, "Next time, just knock on the door." The burgers were cold, dry, and looked like they'd been constructed by an untrained child. I can't really call the meat a patty; it was more like pieces of a patty assembled between the buns. The toppings were falling out in multiple directions and the condiments were sparse and confined to the center of the bun. I haven't been to Sonic in a few years, but I recall them having some of the best fast-food burgers in past experiences. This order went sadly in the opposite direction.

  God awful. Shouldn’t be suprised. Mobile ordered and never got our food even though the screen said “on our way” and “thank you” as if they had brought it out. Tried the speaker and it is still flashing after 20 additional minutes. Went to the door 30 minutes after our initial order and they offered to “remake” our drinks. When they finally brought out the drinks, they had gotten 2 of the 3 wrong. We gave up and left. You should be embarrassed.

  Went and sat for an exceptionally long time never had anyone take our order over the drive thru, we watched multiple cars drive off from the same issue. It would be a good place for an actual sonic where someone takes your order and you can buy food and drinks. Won’t be back.

  I used to go here for shakes but lately they are not the same. I also ordered large fries and the container was so small, I hope that was a mistake 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Worst Sonic in Pensacola, hands down. How much are they paying y’all to make a burger, because apparently it’s not enough to convince anybody to give a damn. I’ve had better food come out of a gas station microwave. Whoever is running this place needs to be embarrassed.
