  Don't come after 10 unless you have an hour to spare. They also forced us to go through the drive through... which increased by 10+ cars while we waited just to be told to go through the drive through. Just go next door to Freddie's.

  All I wanted was a cup of ice for my bottle of water. The person who is believed to be the GM was very rude about it. All I asked was if they were charging for it after being asked what size. I ultimately didn’t want it and began to walk off and another customer was kind enough to pay for it and once again the GM was rude asking me if I wanted the ice or not. It was hot as heck today and a little kindness would’ve been good. You jst don’t know what other ppl are going through. I was already having a bad day. I was walking and pregnant but there’s a god. I wouldn’t dare order food after being treated bad for a cup of ice!!!

  Sonics HQ has Dropped the ball. The food here is garbage, and now they’ve officially eliminated the Cherry Limeade Slush. That drink was the only reason I ever came to Sonic. Zero reason to ever go back now. What a shame.

  Ordered from DoorDash they didn’t check the food and sent what they wanted to. Burger wasn’t done and Jorge person I talked too just wanted too blame it on DoorDash which DoorDash should’ve checked it to make sure it was correct, their service is also horrible. The service from sonic was very horrible! Called to get it fix to see what can be done but the boy who answered the phone didn’t care at all. I called a lot of time and they didn’t answer to maybe my tenth call around 11:05. That night crew needs to all be fired for that weak service. I wish people cares more about people who send their money for great food service. If I were any of you just don’t not order from them at all or use DoorDash. Worst experience ever! And for them not to try or even care I’ll never go there again or order there again!
