    Pensacola Blvd., Sonic Cashier named Paige at drive-through was very Helpful she took the time to actually listen and she helped with issues as we tried to place an order with our app. The app wouldn’t work app would not let me apply my promo codes. She verified my issue on the app and she honored the promo from my app as it wouldn’t let me place my order online so they helped redo and fulfilled it in a timely manner.

    Waiting 30 minutes for takeout order,... All American Hotdog and iced tea.... I can understand if Sonic is busy with other orders but this order was placed ahead of me arriving to the store... Then when they finally brought my order they explained a large order got bumped in front of my order. Did it not occur to anyone at Sonic to tell me that while I was waiting ? Then I could have made a decision about whether to cancel the order and go somewhere else instead of wasting my time waiting not knowing.... Better staff training is needed.

    Although this is the average sonic experience with orders sometimes being incorrect or not to standard, the staff here ALWAYS does their best to correct any issue and for that I think that their service at least deserves a 5* rating. I almost always have to get my order remade, but they do so with no issue and they do make my drink correctly even if it does take a time or two.
