  Fix your equipment or and help your workers so they can perform to the max 3 times in a row I been here and the speaker box don’t work management needs to put in a work order and get it fixed your holding back your whole store making more work for no reason

  Sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes before pulling away. There was one car in the stalls. Was acknowledged when I first pulled up, so it wasn’t a speaker problem.

  If this was the only Sonic I had ever visited I would never visit another. I had been to this Sonic two years ago. Attached is a picture of my fries and the burnt particles all over each fry. The burgers had absolutely zero taste (I usually enjoy Sonic burgers). The chicken bites/nuggets were hard. We went for $0.99 corn dogs advertised on Facebook (not at this location). In closing (🙂) visit a different Sonic.

  The lady taking our order seemed really annoyed even to a point of heavily sighing on the intercom while taking our order. Not sure if the intercom was having issues but it felt like we had to yell just for her to hear our order, which a few things still got messed up. I ordered the bacon smash burger, which I just got the classic smash burger and the chicken burger was extremely over cooked to a point that it was really dry hard breading. Not sure if I want to return to this location after our experience sadly to say. Maybe might try another location.

  I come to this location once weekly. The drive thru speaker is not working properly, guests literally have to SCREAM to be heard. This frustrates the guests and staff, this needs fixed immediately!!
