- NNNynaJul 6, 20261.0Absolutely terrible customer service. We paid an extra $10 for delivery, and Pizza Hut still managed to send us the wrong items. Mistakes happen, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. When we called to have the order corrected, the employee was rude, unapologetic, and told us they would not deliver the correct items. Instead, we were told that if we wanted the food we actually paid for, we could come pick it up ourselves. So what exactly did we pay the delivery fee for? The lack of accountability and complete disregard for customers was shocking. Instead of fixing their mistake, they expected us to inconvenience ourselves because of their error. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their money here.
