- AWAdam WasilewskiAug 10, 20262.0I had a problem with placing my order online and was speaking with the manager to try to figure out why. For some reason she walked to the back of the store and was wandering around. One of the other workers came over and we figured out what I needed to do. I kind of feel bad for complaining about the service because one of the lower level employees helped me but the manager was clueless.
- MGMichael GarciaJul 30, 20261.0So Papa John's Pizza is amazing it's awesome and that's not the problem here the problem is that the order was delivered through doordash and my driver did not have the appropriate funds even though I called to the store to make sure that the driver would have funds to make change for a $20 bill. When the driver arrived they did not have changed so then I had to get into the vehicle with a driver a person I do not know in order to go to the store to purchase something I do not intend to purchase just so I can get the pizza that I ordered when I called back up to the store after the order was complete so I can switch the manager to find out what had went wrong I spoke with young lady who identified herself as the manager on duty wouldn't do anything about the problem. I do not have e this issue with DD assisted delivery with pizza hut...and when I went online to complain it redirected me to the store. THE STORE DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
