- SMShannon MarieJul 9, 20265.0I ordered one of the new steak sub sandwiches or whatever they are called. They are my new obsession. I have had it a few times prior from different locations but when I came I ordered two of them. When I got in the car, I could smell that one of them was overcooked. It was mine. So I brought it back inside and the guy at the counter told me there was nothing that they could do about it. They couldn't control how they came out.. which I knew was not accurate because my son's was cooked perfectly and I bought them a few times before and they were always perfect. He asked another employee that was working, I believe he was the one making the sandwiches, he was absolutely adorable. I apologized for the inconvenience and he made me a new one and even let me keep The burnt one which my son ate and I was happy about that because I don't believe in being wasteful. I just have a thing with toasted bread as it is so it can't be overtoasted. It was absolutely delicious and I adored the guy that remade my sandwich. He was such a cutie pie. Such a nice person. I wish I wouldve caught his name because he deserves praise.
