- AOAmanda O'NeilMay 1, 20261.0Don't order from papa johns on 9 mile rd. It takes almost 2 hours for delivery and when you get the food it's got someone else's address on it and its cold. I called to have it resent and a credit and the girl was nice and went to get her manager. When yhe manager "Hunter ' gets on the phone he is rude and I ask if they explained the situation and he says no and acts as if he is so inconvenienced by me the customer and it's my fault that we got the wrong food. He says they can re send the order .. another hour till delivery and its already after 8pm. There must be several people tonight getting the wrong order because no one k ows where my order went. Customer service sure has gone out the window!

When I was finally helped, I told them my order was ready and told them my name, but they didn't even check for my order. finally someone else walked up and pulled my order off the shelf yelled the name out. I'm scratching my head wondering why they even asked my name to begin with. This isn't a one time affair, I've been here like 5 times and it's all the same.
