  We arrived an hour before closing. We were greated with warnings of being out of a lot of stuff. The crew didn't want us there obviously. And then a lot of our food was cold. The restaurant was also dirty

  The service was good, however I ordered a breakfast sandwich once and it was so delicious and went back a week later and ordered the exact same sandwich only that time the egg tasted rotten. Y’all can’t be serving old expired food to customers. Throw it away and check the dates. It ruined me wanting to go back and get that sandwich again.

  3 times they have took our money and not delivered the food bought. We have called to try to resolve the issue. The manager ended up managing it very poorly. Not taking an accountability , stating that it is due to training. However, when they are packaging up our food for delivery.They're supposed to go through the whole entire order.And make sure that everything is there. There's always an item missing from our order when it is delivered to our house. That is theft. They do nothing to resolve the issues that keep occurring. They will not deliver the food missing nor will return the money spent. We order from here when we are not well enough to travel or go anywhere. How they conducted themselves made sure they will never have pur service again. All locations from pensacola are the same way. 10/10 do not recommend. Order from somewhere else. They wanted to blame Uber but it is them whom as to make the order is correct before sealing the bag ready for delivery. They can try to lie to someone else.

  Food was terrible. Spent $13 dollars per sandwich that looked like it only had 2 spoons of filling spread all over. We went back to ask if this was made correctly and we were told that it is now their standard portion. However, we just had the same sandwich from a different location a few days ago and it was nothing like this. Staff are unapologetic at all and did not remake our sandwiches. Avoid this location!

  Some food is made to look good and some food is made to taste good. I'm sure you can guess how I feel based on my rating. Everything tasted the same. No flavor. Way overpriced. The service was very friendly however. Professional staff!! They don't get to choose what they sell. I can't be mad at them for it.
