  Was told that teas flavored with syrup are now charged individually by a server who stated they were an assistant manager. First-time time that I've heard of any restaurant trying to charge for tea refills, and especially the first time at this location. When I asked if that was a new rule for this location. The server stated that it's always been that way and that others should have been charging for individual same flavored sweet teas. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. Unfortunately after this experience I don't believe that I will be returning. My friends, family, and customers will be directed to other locations/chains for a quick bite. I did not see any information about that on the corporate website when I looked it up while sitting in the restaurant. Which clearly says flavored teas are bottomless as well as other Coca Cola products. I wasn't about to argue because the server seemed a bit miffed after I told her about the past dining experiences. My partner was not too impressed by our servers attitude/service either.

  All of our food, there were four of us, was so heavily peppered that it was not eatable. They remade some of the food but after waiting for the initial food and then going through the anxiety of telling them how bad it was and then waiting for the remake.... Well, it was as bad experience, an expensive bad experience. We should have just asked them to take it off our bill... Really, though, we should have just gone home and enjoyed the evening instead of holding the hand of another incompetent and careless business. Aside: when we complained to the waitress she said they "heavily season our steaks" which, is sign that they have no idea what a good steak is.

  Come one Outback! Do better. The food should match the service. From the hostess to the server, your customer service was amazing but the food did not match the service. My potato was super small and my food just didn't look good. My salad look fine but for $30 I expect more.

  Ordered dinner to go. They were very fast, professional, and polite. They didn’t have the salad dressing I ordered online and Trenton was nice enough to call me right away and let me know what other options were available. Food was delicious. Thank you all!

  My waiter Cayden(Kaiden? Sorry I dint know the spelling of your name) was wonderful, attentive and the perfect guide through my meal. The kitchen staff was also to notch creating a substitute towumba sauce for my meal when they ran out. Will be visiting this location again.
