  Didn’t even order because the person working the drive thru was incredibly rude and impatient. Considering the fact that McDonald’s isn’t even cheap anymore it is definitely not worth awful service. May 16th 11:42 am

  I don't want a mcdouble. I wan't a double cheeseburger. If you want to be petty over a slice of cheese then you lose my business. Your food is not that good of quality anyway.

  I went to McDonald’s off 9th Ave for the first time around 9pm last night on 5/8 and everyone in the drive thru team was so friendly! For them to be working that late in the day, they had the best attitudes and the biggest smiles on their face. I also had so many modifications to my order but they didn’t make me feel bad about them at all and got all of them right. Also, they had made too many happy meals for the car in front of me and so I got the extra one that they had made by mistake - made my whole night. Great customer service here!

  Not my cup of tea anymore particularly the morning. A mistake happened on their part with my food and I was really chilled about it. A simple my bad would have satisfied me compared to brushing me off like I'm the one that made the mistake. I had to delay my day and drive all the way back here to have my food fixed. Even if an apology wasn't issued the attitude was not cool especially when you can physically see that the mistake was on this part. Food was 🗑️

  This is the worst McDonalds in pensacola. Im not sure if it's just the night crew but they never have my order complete it's always something missing. The window cashier had the audacity to put his phone number in my bag but couldn't even find my mobile order. it popped up on the order screen but when I got to the window he gave me so much trouble and tried to make me pay again at the window because he couldn't find it. I didnt even get my apple pie. They also need to change their hours because Apple Maps says they close at 12am when they close at 11pm. Also GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES HOURS why are they always understaffed at night???
