  Well, I go here often bc I used to work at the one on pineforest and refuse to go back there and see the people but... this location makes the burgers wrong every single time and it's really not that hard to read the screen/sticker and make it correctly. I can understand every now and then someone wasn't paying attention but it's every time. Ordered no onions, mustard or pickle and received all of it on all my burgers. The fries are typically cold as well. In which, fries are supposed to be thrown in waste after they sit for 7 minutes. Anyways that being said, just please have your employees pay better attention to order requests, it makes everyone life easier.

  Very organized with and respectful staff, food was prepped within a reasonable time considering how busy they this location was, more importantly food was hot.

  Went there today, April 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. There was no one in the drive-thru, and I ordered a simple Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal. The food was made quickly, but when I checked the bag, there were no sauces included. I asked for ranch, and the employee said, “It’s 30 cents, it says it right there.”The problem is the sign is posted in the upper right corner of the food pickup window where it’s easy to miss unless you’re in a taller vehicle. I rarely come to this location, so I had no idea this was their policy now I have been to other locations recently in person.What bothered me most was the attitude/tone in which the young girl at the food pickup window when she said it. I said never mind and left with my food.You already had to beg just to get two sauces with a large meal, and now you get none unless you pay for each one.Service at this location is usually slow and subpar, but this experience was worse than usual.

  tell me how i’m gonna pull up to a drive thru station and you tell me to hold on.. but then someone else pulls up to the open one beside me and their order and then the NEXT persons behind them, like we waited maybe 5 mins with no update or anyone to take our order but then 2 people pull up and they’re out of there within seconds 💀 pls start hiring people that dont try to make their misery everyone else’s issue, this is not the first time this has happened.
