The Airport Blvd or Pensacola Blvd locations are a significantly better experience by comparison. My visits here have consistently involved long waits at the counter, food that rarely comes out fresh, and a not so clean dining area. To their credit, the staff have generally been pleasant, the issues seem to lie more in operational management than attitude. Hopefully this location can tighten things up, because the potential is definitely there.
