The employees were nice, not rude or anything - but it took over 15 minutes to order my food, and over 30 minutes of waiting to actually get it. 3 different times they came out with the wrong order, and when i finally got the right order they forgot the sauces. Everytime i consider coming here i end up regretting it.

On 5/14/26, had a sign stating they were closing early due to maintenance at 830 pm. Okay, cool, Understood. Came to the location and tried to get food in which all doors were locked at 750pm... 40 minutes before closing. If you are a busy than state you are closed at 730pm or whatever time. But 830pm doors locked. Employees inside watching and laughing. Okay, real professional. This what I get for going to a McDonalds.

Drove through the drive through on 5/13 around 6:30pm and they were refusing people because they said they had no one to work in the kitchen. When we pulled in there was a worker outside and a handful inside. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue but if you’re “closed” due to having no workers then close the building and put out signs. There was also a car pulled up in the pull up spots like they were waiting for food. This location has steadily went down hill and it’s very devastating and unprofessional.

It’s not every day that you go into a McDonald’s and get customer service like you’re at a fine dining restaurant but today that happened. Relaysha was very kind and polite and made sure that my food came out perfectly and that they corrected my order and I was made a priority customer and for that I greatly appreciate her and I will keep making it a point to drive across town to go to this McDonald’s as my new favorite location! 😀

We ordered 5 servings of ice cream through the app. At the drive-thru, we were advised to cancel the order because the ice cream machine was not working properly. After that, we tried to cancel the order and no one could help us with this. When we called the manager, she spoke disdainfully to us without apologizing or understanding the situation. After explaining the problem, the manager said that the ice cream machine was working and she would fulfill our order. When we placed our order, the amount of ice cream did not even reach the small portion for a large one. The structure of the ice cream was heterogeneous, watery. We did not take our order. The manager behaved impudently! I do not recommend this restaurant.
