  Easily the worst location. Long wait times, greasy packaging, incorrect sizes, and missing items are a constant issue here.

  What an AWEFUL experience!!! POOR FOOD QUALITY. OLD FRY OIL, dark brown stale tasting fries, returned them and asked for soft cook, non burnt fries… they gave exact same stale burnt fries 😳🙄😒 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. all our burgers DRY and way OVERCOOKED. dirty tables in lobby. go somewhere else! HORRIBLE location, ROTTEN workers… they DO NOT CARE.

  Only leaving a 5 star for the man who helped fix our order that the dim witted young girl with long curly hair handed out the window because and I QUOTE SHE SAID “they didn’t speak English anyway so I just gave them both bags” referring to the car ahead is us, and when she was asked why she didn’t look at the receipts, she just laughed. She needs a wake up call. Poor guy was trying to clean up fires it seems like, I didn’t get his name but he had a cross around his neck and seemed like management. Keep your ship tight man you’re doing great!

  Absolutely disgusting! Food was entirely too greasy, workers were goofing off and messed my original order up 3 times changing table was broken in the women's restroom. Workers never know what order is what. I get one thing, come back a day later and was told "we've never had that". WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
