  Whoever mopped the floors in the bathroom used the same mop for the dining room, causing the whole lobby to smell like pee. I’m mind blown that someone could even make that mistake, but okay. Left to do curbside pick up instead, and the guy handing me my food says 0 words and has a blank Gen Z stare. I honestly have no idea how this location is operable with all the moving parts it takes to run a restaurant. Wouldn’t surprise me if food safety is completely disregarded.

  This place used to be good but its dropped off a cliff. Not only can we manage to consistantly get my order wrong but we dont put sauces in the bag even tho i get charged for it. I used to never check when leaving now i have to. The only reason i keep going back is its the closest fast food. Also mangment there suck i dont blame the employees i blame leadership. Attitude reflects leadership!!

  Multiple times they’ve messed up my order I stopped going but today I decided to give them another shot. That was my mistake. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers add Mac sauce and they gave me a different customers burgers and I didn’t notice until I had already got home. So frustrating when it’s just putting food in a bag.

  Used to stop here for coffee and occasionally breakfast when I worked in pensacola. Always friendly service and always hot food. Can't speak for anything other than the weekday morning crew, but they were solid. Best McDonalds experience I've had since the mid 2000's.
