- RERoss E3 days ago1.0I was here the morning of June 20th, my family came here our last morning of our vacation and it was disappointing and trashy. My shoes stuck to the floor from the front door all the way to the restroom. The menu screens were all off. While I waited I was able to see no one was collecting the donuts at the end of the conveyor, so a pile of donuts was forming on the floor. One employee kicked through the pile as she walked by. I waited extra long cause the guy was blank staring at the donut display, was he high?? There was no menu, so I guess I was using incorrect names of the donuts, but I asked for a dozen "donut holes" and after a minute and speaking to a brick wall, the guy said they didnt have any. Even though I was looking at a full tray of them. I also wanted a mug, but their entire shelving of merchandise was empty. I've been to the Branson and Little Rock locations, and they were excellent. Corporate needs to visit this location unannounced to see for themselves and do a hard reset. Only one girl there spoke to me like I wasn't a burden or that I even existed.

At first, I could barely hear the person at the drive thru, I guess they turned up the volume, then they told me to lower my voice, I was being too loud. I wasn’t, but I just parked and went in. The inside was dirty and nasty. Sticky floors, sticky counter, and terrible customer service. Won’t ever go back.

I got 4 donuts swapped which was fine if they didn’t have any left of the ones I ordered I understand, except it’s all one I won’t eat. Also avoid the milk as they don’t have that at this location and also didn’t get refunded for. :) So $30 for a dozen donuts for me to get only 8 that I will eat.
- DFDamion FlynnJun 14, 20264.0I'll start by saying the lady behind the counter was great. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The donuts were mid. I've been missing Krispy Kreme because they all closed down in my area (Gulfport/Biloxi) so I was happy to see one that wasn't too far out of the way between the hotel and office I was meeting at. So I stopped in to pick up a couple dozen for the office. The filled donuts had almost no filling. The original glazed were a little over cooked so instead of fluffy and airy like they're supposed to be, they were kind of dense, almost like Dunkin (which I don't care for). To top it off (no pun intended), the glaze was very minimal on the original glazed, almost as of the donuts had sucked it all in and didn't leave any for the outside. Or maybe they just didn't put enough on. The rest of the office appreciated the donuts and the chocolate covered were great so it was overall a decent experience. Oh and those banana donuts were amazing.

Unfortunately, at the rate this store is going we will no longer have this tradition. The store opens at 6 am. We arrived at 6:15 am. The main staff member (who I presume is the manager) was friendly but no one else flashed a smile or even acknowledged us. We were told they had no warm donuts ready, only “the ones made from yesterday”. Let’s be honest WHO comes to Krispy Kreme wanting what’s available at the grocery store?! So we spent $20 on yesterday fresh donuts. There was another family that came in after our order that left frustrated because warm donuts would not be ready for another 30-45 minutes. The store was unkept and lacked cleanliness. The tables were dirty. Thefront door mat could use a good vacuuming or pressure wash. The parking lots had trash everywhere. There was a McDonalds staff member across the street sweeping their parking lot. The flower beds were overgrown and lacked curb appeal. A little TLC of the building, house keeping and change of operation time to have warm fresh donuts at 6:00 am would benefit this business greatly. I hope they turn it around.
