    The people that work here are kind, but it shouldn't cost $14 for one sandwich and a bag of chips.

    Jimmy John’s isn’t always my go-to, but when I do want a sandwich I always come here! There’s a review on here about the hours not being consistent which is weird, because I’ve never had a problem. Looking at you, Alex. If you come in close to closing time you may have to wait for someone else’s sandwich to be made, but that’s just the way it goes at any place!! Customer service here is excellent.

    So Alex, you came in 10 minutes before closing, knowing they were still open, and then chose to leave because you felt like they were closing too early? 😂 If the posted hours say they’re open until a certain time, I don’t really understand the 1-star review because you were there during those hours. Seems a little unfair to blame the restaurant for a decision you made yourself.

    So according to Alex Milanesi, they close early and won’t make the food but that’s not true. They keep all the food out and available to make sandwiches until close. He went in at right before closing and they offered to make whatever he’d like but he CHOSE to leave. So I would just like to set the record straight as I saw the owner reply and it’s unfair to the hard working employees who make really good sandwiches to have this reflect their work when it isn’t true.

    This is hands down the BEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! I’m 100% a Jimmy John’s lover, and Christian was absolutely the best employee there. He was so nice, friendly, and welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on because of how great the service was. 10/10 experience!
