- CCCrafty ChrissyOct 17, 20261.0Rating would've been a zero! Walked into the establishment ordered and the young lady's tone was rude and unpleasant. Let her know before making my sandwich I was allergic to mayo. After ringing me up she put on gloves to make my sandwich. When she pulled the bread, my husband asked her to switch bread slices because one was super thick. She gave more attitude. After asking her again she huffed then switched it. She then continued to make our order. She started mine with no mayo then my husband's with mayo which I am allergic to. So I asked her to change her gloves before continuing mine due to my allergy. She replied I heard you when you said it in a very nasty tone. I then told my husband to get the money back for my order then left. He came to the vehicle without his order also. Very dissatisfied! WORSE EXPERIENCE AT JIMMY JOHNS EVER! WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Im.sorry but there are ways of telling or saying something without being nasty.
