- KNkatelyn nguyenMay 3, 20261.0I had an absolutely terrible experience with this older white woman with a high ponytail and a black Columbia hoodie, and she was giving not only myself a hard time with my drink but I could overhear her giving a hard time to her younger female coworker. She was being extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to me as she handed me a completely different drink than what I ordered. She was loudly talking to another customer about her younger female drive thru worker and was clearly creating a harmful and bullying atmosphere. This woman needs to be dealt with, and is obviously a burden to the establishment. Lost a loyal customer, and I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I received from this woman. Everytime I've gone to this location they've shown me the upmost respect and amazing customer service, but this woman has ruined my loyalty.
