We weren't going or eating there together it was just coincidental, and no one should be expected and forced to pay for another person's food. What makes it all even worse was her order DID go through for 14.89 when we checked the account.

You can tell it is right by the college by the amount of effort they put into cleaning. The FOH looks fine but on the other side of that glasslooks like a bomb of beans went off. I mean come on folks, it is not hard to wipe your station down with a clean in between customers. The amount of cross contamination that is likely happening here is no good.

While others have issues with the service, our main issue is the complete lack of consistency with the food. We used to be regular customers and always order the exact same chicken burrito bowls with the exact same ingredients. Lately, eating here has become a game of culinary roulette. One day the food is great and packed with flavor, and the next day it tastes like they forgot to add any kind of seasoning. This ongoing game of flavor hide-and-seek has been going on for weeks now. It used to be pretty good, but we are officially tired of guessing if our dinner will have flavor. With "real flavor" only showing up half the time, we won't be back.
