Worst place. Closed at 11:15, doors locked, employees looked up and never unlocked the door. Do not want my business no problem. Never going back

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but this has been too consistent to ignore. This is about the Chipotle Honey Chicken. It came back on April 28th, and I’ve gone to this location every single day since trying to get it. Not once — every day. And every day it’s the same thing: “sorry, we’re out, we’ve been slammed.” I get it. I’ve worked in food. I used to run a food truck. Selling out happens. That’s not the problem. The problem is it keeps happening over and over and nothing is changing. And just to be clear, it’s not like I’m showing up at the wrong time. I’ve come 30 minutes after opening — already out. I’ve come a few hours after opening — out. Dinner time — out. Even close to closing — out. So it’s basically an all day issue. Yesterday (May 1st), I even tried to get ahead of it and placed a mobile order 30 minutes early just for the honey chicken. When I got there, I was told it would still be another 25 minutes. At that point, what’s the point of ordering ahead? Today (May 2nd) was when I finally gave up. I stood in line for about 35 minutes. There was one person actually working the line, and a few others — including who looked like the manager — just kind of standing around talking and watching the grill. When I finally got up there, I asked about the honey chicken and was told it would be another 25 minutes. Here’s the part that didn’t make sense. There was chicken already on the grill. I asked about it and was told that one was for regular chicken, not the honey chicken. But the regular chicken on the line was already full. Meanwhile, there were at least 5 people behind me who also only wanted the honey chicken, and every single one of them left. So you’ve got chicken cooking, your regular chicken is already stocked, and a line of people all wanting the same item… and nothing gets adjusted? On top of that, the place itself wasn’t in great shape. Every table I saw was dirty, trash on the floor, trash cans full. I understand it’s a Saturday at the mall, but still. I even tried to ask the manager in a respectful way. I said I’m not trying to be any kind of way, but if you know this is your most popular item, why are you letting it run out? And he just said “I’m sorry, there’s nothing I can do.” But there is something you can do. That’s literally the job. And one more thing that really bothered me — I watched one of the employees making food see his friends walk in. He kept the same gloves on, walked away to talk to them, put his hands in his pockets, then came back and kept serving food without changing gloves or washing his hands. That’s just basic food safety. At this point it’s not just about being out of something. It’s management, communication, cleanliness — all of it. The crazy part is the food itself is actually really good. That’s why I kept coming back trying to get it. But it’s just not worth it anymore. This location really needs to figure out how to handle something that’s clearly in high demand, because right now it just feels unorganized and frustrating.

Ordered Friday and the food was really good but they left out the queso for the chips. You can't reach anyone by calling if anything is wrong with your order. The food was so good though that we ordered again tonight (Sunday) and it was a totally different story. We got food that was so old and cold that it all felt like it had been in a refrigerator. My husband took it back and asked the unconcerned staff to remake it. The food we then received was still not hot and was WORSE than the first bag of food they gave us. Tasted old, my two tacos were very small and smashed into one foil wrapper that they slapped two sticker labels on. Everything we got the second time was much smaller portions and didn't even taste good. Thought we found a pretty good place to get quick meals when not cooking but we won't be back. UPDATE: It's now the next morning and my husband and I are both having gastro issues. I'm pretty ticked that we paid for that crap AND got sick.

I went in there and the staff are unfriendly. I asked if I could please have a chicken quesadilla made. They told me they can’t make me one because I have to go on the App to get a basic quesadilla with chicken in it. It prolonged me 20 minutes because I had to go online to order a quesadilla while I sat in In the lobby instead of just making me the quesadilla. Then it was made wrong and the chicken was disgusting. I’ve gotten the same order for over 15 years. I’m tired of the terrible staffing, the portions, quality of food. It was never supposed to be like that. But do not make a basic quesadilla and make me go through the app to make me 20 minutes late on my lunch break was ridiculous.

Just waited 30 minutes in line to get to the front for them to say they have no white rice and they’re also missing other ingredients. That’s pretty unacceptable right in the middle of dinner time. I don’t know why this store is so poorly run.
