- SRSanford RothschildSep 29, 20261.0This review is more so about the service that was received on tonight the food was actually decent on this visit the order was $40 and part of the order was Chips and Queso but the chips had so much salt on them to the point they were not eatable so I returned them to the counter and asked could I get another bag because they were to salty I was then informed by (Joel) I assume the person that was in charge that they were out of the size bag that I had and if i wanted more chips I would have to pay .35 cents more to get a larger bag I told him no I just paid $40 for my meal and because you don't have the same size bag you want me to pay .35 more instead of you accommodating me and exchanging the chips I said no and ended up returning the Queso as well and getting a refund $5.12 over some salty chips this is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience with this young man he has an attitude and acts like he is entitled if this is the type of people that you as a company have running your restaurant you will always be in for a rude awakening and this is sad and pathetic.

When we finally received the food, the steak was undercooked and inedible. We tried both the 9th Ave and Pace location: same experience.
