  It was my first time going to this location this afternoon . I was skeptical of going due to the reviews but everything was amazing for me customer service the team was very nice the food is fresh thank you chipotle!

  Out of taco shells, forks, grated cheese, chips. Did not give us our whole order. Items missing on top of the items they were out of. No more for me

  The chips are so stale you can fold them over and they will not break! Paid for a side of queso. She filled the queso cup up halfway. Paid for additional protein cup, filled it up halfway. Ordered a bowl and got half as much as other Chipotle. I all in all i got half what ordered compared to previous visits. I will not return to this location. Food was barely warm, not fresh very little quantity for over $40. This 5-12-26 at 7:00 PM.

  I ended up leaving before my burrito was made because the person they had making the burritos was clearly training (completely not his fault just where is the trainer). He didn’t know anything and he kept saying they were out of everything. It’s 8 o’clock and they close at 11. It was very apparent that they just didn’t want to go to the back and get the fresh stuff. I’d also like to mention there was only four customers in the building so it’s not like they were busy. He genuinely just did not know what he was doing, and they were out of almost everything along with it all being messy and mixed together. The sour cream was extremely watery and then he struggled to wrap the burrito because it was so watery.
