- AAAaliyah AcevedoAug 15, 20265.0I had such an amazing experience I asked the young man helping me for his name. Jayden Garner did a spectacular job. This wasn’t my first time at this location and truthfully I never had that good of an experience until today. During previous visits, some of the employees weren't friendly or patient and half the experience at an establishment is the customer service but Jayden truly went above and beyond. Although he seemed a bit reserved, he was very kind and patient with me while I made my decisions for protein, toppings, ect. He deserves a raise but if that’s not possible he deserves some recognition for a job well done.

Unfortunately, I waited about 40 minutes for my order, while around 10–15 customers who ordered in person were served before me. What’s the point of ordering online if it takes much longer? I expected an online order to save time, not make me wait 30–40 minutes. Chipotle really needs to improve how they handle online orders.
