- BBBoopz4 days ago1.0They're usually good but lately there service is lacking, i have recently ordered an delivery from them but a part of my order was missing, i understand things happen but it's not the first time, and when i get in contact with the restaurant by phone i have been ignored (aka their video mail is full) or rudely picked up and hanged up on in less then 5 seconds. If ordering, do it in person so you can correct the mistake, when ordering for delivery, don't even expect an response if something wrong happens.
- CVChristina V5 days ago4.0First time trying this chick fil a out and it was good except when I found a few green potato fries. Very bitter tasting. I brought it up to the assistant supervisor letting her know there were green potatoes and she took it and handed it to the workers that were distributing the fries and then the supervisor came back and handed me a full frys pack and told me the reason the potatoes were green was because they are covered in oil and once they are fried it turns green. I told her that ita toxic if anyone eats green fries, it's not safe. She said ok.

I eat here frequently and I can only count once I've had anything incorrect on my order over the last 6 years. I will say though, I tried to order delivery for the first time thru the app - I only live 1 mile away and our car was out of service and it took over 2 hours to get our dinner on a Monday. I won't order that way anymore 😬 but overall, I recommend this location over all in Pensacola.

They like to intimidate people who are struggling and treat them like crap I'll be calling corporation soon as possible
