  I thought Chick-fil-A learned their lesson with drive-through design after spending 100s of thousands of dollars redoing other Chick-fil-A‘s drive- thrus. But I guess not because they completely screwed this one up. Like this is the worst design drive-through ever. Whoever designed this, they need to be demoted back to the fry line.

  This store wasn't quite open when I went through the drive-thru, but the crew was out there with smiles and service that is unmatched! The food,as always, was awesome and I am definitely going back.

  Usually Chick-fil-A always gets five stars from me. I think the only reason why they're getting four is just because they're so new and still trying to hammer out the busyness of it. But sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes for a single chicken sandwich was a bit long. After I sat there I realized I should have went inside but of course there's no exiting the line once you get in it.

  I had a great experience at Chick‑fil‑A. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the chicken sandwich, which was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The waffle fries were hot and well-seasoned, and everything came out quickly.

  I stopped in around 1 PM today and had a great experience. The service was quick and welcoming—it even looked like one person was handling things solo for a while. He and a red-haired coworker were both very helpful and worked efficiently to get everything out. The food came fresh, accurate, and right on time. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
