  Went in on my birthday and asked if they had any birthday deals. I didn't have the app, but the manager, josh, was nice enough to comp my entire meal anyway. The service and food were both exceptional. Would go again.

  Kenny at the Pensacola cava was so hospital. The girl that made mine was absolutely over accommodating and so helpful. So fresh, everything was amazing. We’re gonna have to start eating a lot more often now.

  I really like the concept and the food is delicious. I selected a grains and greens bowl one visit and the premade bowl with salmon in another. Check out the online menu in advance if you want to see all the options. I preferred the one I selected all the ingredients myself. I ordered ahead each time and picked up to eat in store. Lentils were a little undercooked. A bit on the soupy side. All the other ingredients were fresh and tasty. Each ingredient has a calorie count if needed. I love the concept and the flavor. In both cases I ordered for pickup at a. Westin time before noon. Once it was ready and once I gad to wait 10 minutes (unacceptable since I ordered well in advance). My canned drink was warm. Thus the 4 stars. I will definitely return. I like the selections. I’ll choose a drink after arrival or get fountain so it’s cold. It’s a healthy option offering salmon, lamb or chicken protein sources. Price was about $14-$15.

  Every time I come to this place they disappoint. The staff is not friendly and no one there has a sense of urgency. They're always out of they're main ingredients and proteins and are unapologetic about it. This time around I placed an order for pick up 45 minutes ahead of time and didn't get my food until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I could've waited in line and reordered my same exact order and it would've been quicker.

  You guys need to fire or retrain the read-head guy. Puts the smallest portions you could imagine, not even half a spoon of rice, I asked for more because you usually get the whole base of the bowl at least, and he gives the very tip of the spoon. I had to ask 3 times to put more. I asked for braised lamb and he gives you the very tip of the tongs and spread them out to maybe look like it’s more? I asked if they can put a little more because that’s not the usual portion and they charge me $10 more per bowl. I don’t want a lot, just the normal portion you usually get. Like what?!
