  I've been getting Cava at this location for almost a year, and typically get it several times a month, usually in the evening — and for the first time I actually had a lovely experience. Kenny and Abby were attentive, friendly and actually a joy to interact with. I love the food, but the previous workers gave such an off putting vibe. I hope these two stick around, and are appreciated like I appreciated them tonight! 😊

  It was very disappointing to know half of the toppings I wanted they were out of and it was around 3:30pm. I’m not sure who dropped the ball on ordering to ensure the bar was stocked but they need to do better. I love Cava but that was not a good experience. At least let the customers know before they order.

  Watched staff bring new food from kitchen and dump into the old food containers rather than put the new container in the steam tray and put the last of the old batch on top of the new.. Huge red flag with hot food. Who knows how old the bottom 1/3 of those hot items was. Dining room was not particularly clean, tables had obviously not been wiped in a while. Food was tasty, I will give it that.

  This location is always super busy and sometimes it is not always the greatest experience, but everytime the employee Kenney works, he always has a great attitude. He’s extremely accommodating and customer service focused and I appreciate coming in contact with him when ordering. He’s definitely a great employee.

  My family and I came here for dinner last night around 9 PM. The gentleman at the front was incredibly friendly and patient with my picky kids. He took the time to explain the menu and help us choose options that would make everyone happy. I forgot his name, but I’m sure I’ll be back sometime this week before heading home, and I hope to thank him personally. I can honestly say the food was delicious! The chef at this location truly knows how to cook. Even the roasted vegetables were full of flavor. Everything we ordered was fresh and well prepared. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!
