  Ordered online for pickup. When my husband got there, he waited for 30 min and our order never showed up on the pickup shelf. They were making other walk in orders, and pick up orders, so he waited in line to ask them what happened. They had our order sitting behind the counter the whole time and everything got cold. When he brought it home, they didn’t include dressing on the side like we ordered. Wasn’t on top either, just totally missing. I sent him back and called the restaurant to ask them to make us a fresh order and to please double check that everything was included this time. The manager proceeded to argue and make excuses saying they don’t put orders on the pickup shelf anymore because people steal them… which was a lie because they were definitely putting orders on the shelf when my husband was there. He also blamed my husband for not getting in line to pick up his order, which doesn’t make sense because that’s the whole point of a pickup order with a pick up shelf. Needless to say, we will not be back. The food is mediocre anyway and the service has never been good.

  went here after work today. wasn't sure what I wanted, but the staff was very patient and kind. my bowl alone was around fifteen dollars, which isn't off-putting for the amount of food provided. on top of the food being affordable, it tasted amazing. they have different dips, so if you like a more piquant taste, they can do that for you. I'd definitely come back.

  Came to this cava 30 minutes after they opened and they told us we had to wait before they could take our orders because they were “understaffed”. There were about 5 other people waiting before us. After 15 minutes we ordered what looked like food that was sitting out overnight. Half of the food options were not available and we waited another 15 for pita chips because they had to cook them. The romaine lettuce was brown. The place was a mess and every employee was sweating.

  My passed two times I’ve been here had been terrible customer service. Yalls empoylees had everything put up at 9:30. I can understand 9:45, but everyone knows 30 mins early for a food business is too early to be p it ting things away. Pure laziness and rudeness. I wasn’t greets until 10 mins after standing there also so they could finish putting everything away and then proceed to tell me “they are out of mainly everything”

  I really do enjoy Cava's food but their staff at this location is not friendly at all. It's always busy which I don't mind since it's the only location near me, but last time I went it was pretty bad experience. It took about 20 minutes which is OK, but my salmon was cold, charred, and very dry. The lady with purple glasses and a neck tattoo took my order and she wasn't pleasant at all and had a mean attitude. She also seemed to put very little in my bowl compared to the previous times Ive come it was about 8 PM and they close at 10PM and there was only five people in the lobby, which quickly grew because of how slow they were taking orders(I stood in line for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me the lady before in line even left).
