  First time at Carrabba's, the service was excellent. Atmosphere was great. My Son Matthew and his wife Lee Ann, took me for lunch to celebrate Mother's day. Our server was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and exactly what you would expect. The prices where very reasonable for the amount of food. We all took home leftovers. It was a great restaurant for our celebration. We will be back, often. Thanks Carrabba's!!

  The soup came wrong. The 3 meals were cold..cold. didn't eat at all. The bread and coke was good... sad night to celebrate my grandsons 19th birthday. On vacation from Illinois .

  We were very disappointed with our visit. This restaurant may be popular, but the food did not live up to the expectations or the “Italian” concept it advertises. The dishes were extremely bland, yet overloaded with black pepper and salt to the point of being irritating to the mouth and teeth. All eight people in our group mentioned the same issue. Even the French fries from the kids’ menu were so salty that the children couldn’t eat them. Our mouths were still burning after we left. I’ve been to Italy, Spain, and Portugal several times, and the flavors here are nowhere close to authentic — only the pictures on the menu look appealing. On top of that, the male waiter serving the next table had a very strong sweat odor and walked past us several times. It was so bad that my husband mentioned it. This is something the restaurant manager should absolutely address. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the food and overall experience did not match what the restaurant claims to offer.

  The food was good but I expected better for the price. Rosa Maria chicken that my wife had was over salted and peppered. My Chicken Parmigiana was maybe slightly above average.

  We visited Carrabba’s on 4/1/26. We were attending the concert across the street and came for dinner and drinks before the show. Concert started at 8pm and we arrived around 5pm with a party of 15. We called ahead and warned them we were coming. It was an amazing experience from arrival to departure. Aaron was our server and HE WAS PHENOMENAL. All our drinks, appetizers, and meals came out together and in a timely manner. That is an accomplishment with a party of 15. Aaron memorized all of our names & drinks and kept us completely happy. Honestly, I cannot think of a single thing he could have done to make our experience any better. Thank You AARON, we will be back and ask for you always. Thank You Carrabba’s. I spoke with the manager before we left to let him know what a fantastic experience and also let him know that AARON WAS PHENOMENAL and you know what he said…..”Aaron makes me look good”. WOW, humble to top it off. E will definitely see you again.
