  Waited forever for our food and he wasn't great. 3 couples with kids waiting to be seated not one person acknowledged them and they stood there for more then 5 mins then they all turned around and left. Will never come again. Poor customer service. Food was not worth the money.

  We frequent buffalo wild wings. The servers are always nice, but the wait time can be a bit long at times. The food will be out hot so that's a plus. They have some great deals going right now. The pick 6 is our go to. We each get an entree, a side and a drink for $19.99. They have other specials depending on your liking.

  My fiance and I both work in the service industry, and after we both a mother's day eve night shift, we decided to go for bottomless apps. We ordered that, and a cheeseburger to split. The burger tasted old and absolutely inedible. We flagged our server and we were told that the burger would be taken off of our tab. No fix, no "ill get a new one right out for you," just a comped meal after neither of us had eaten since noon, and it was already 12:30am (also what restaurant closes the kitchen at 12:30am, but keeps their doors open until 1:00am?). Even better, we paid nearly $20 for two drinks, and ONE ROUND of the bottomless app meal, ontop of a bite of the burger each. That of which had us rushing home as we had damn near instantaneously gotten food poisoning. We are both in bed with light stomach pain and restless after we both had a long work day.

  Went here tonight with my all our children before dropping off my daughter/their sibling off at school to finish her last two semesters of school. They all picked this location thinking they would be able to enjoy their last time together until December and it was an awful experience. It took a long time to get our food and when we did only half of our party was served. They finished their food when I finally asked the manager where the other 1/2 of the parties food was. Still no rush. 20 minutes later we asked for tot to be Togo since 1/2 our party was done. It just sucks to go to the places and spend so much money on a horrible experience. Very disappointed and wish I could get my time and my money back this is experience.

  Waitress was friendly but moving as though she didn’t have a care in the world. We waited 15 min for a refill on drinks due to no tea being brewed, 5-10 min for ranch after food was delivered even though it was ordered with the food, and finally stopped attempting to flag her down for the check after the 3rd failed attempt. Hostess stand has a large stack of flyers advertising $5 apps which we ordered from only to find out that there is fine print stating it’s only available during playoff games at half time. Ultimately the appetizer we ordered thinking it would be $5 was $9.99. The restroom appeared to be about a week overdue for a cleaning as well based on the appearance of the urinals and the smell as soon as you enter. There were about 25 people in the entire restaurant while we were there and there appeared to be ample staff to avoid the wait times we had. The food was good but they did forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken wrap. Overall my recommendation would be to just pick a different location if you’re going to BWW’s because this one has some things they need to work on.
