Then they proceed to tell me that they only have a few things left. Then they give it to me in a sloppy pint container and not even a full Sundae. They are rude and as far as I'm concerned they need to be shut down.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
