  I’ve eaten at just about every fast food place out there, and honestly, Arby’s is hands down one of the best across the board. The food is consistently better quality than most fast food chains, the portions are good, and you can actually tell they put effort into making something different instead of serving the same bland burgers everyone else does. Their roast beef sandwiches are always solid, the curly fries are probably some of the best fries in fast food, and their menu actually has variety. Whether it’s sandwiches, wraps, gyros, or sides, Arby’s usually delivers better flavor and quality than most places competing with them. Now, is the service always perfect? No — but let’s be realistic, it’s fast food. You can’t expect five-star customer service everywhere you go. Even with that, Arby’s still outshines a lot of competitors because the food itself makes up for it. I’d rather wait a little longer for food that actually tastes good than get rushed service and mediocre meals somewhere else. Overall, Arby’s is underrated and deserves way more credit than it gets. Definitely one of the better fast food chains around.

  We ordered 3 of the 3 sliders for$5 and I had asked to make the roast beef a beef and cheddar ie like the full sandwich that I love so much. So after some convincing I was able to get the guy to place my order that way. It came out kind of like them minus the red ranch that comes on them but they were ok. My son ordered the buffalo chicken and my nephew the regular chicken my sister the regular roast beef. We also got the $2 milkshake coupon so of course got 2 in that they were honestly mediocre I like vanilla milk shakes but these were slightly in the bland side. But all in all was an ok experience was a good quick in the go dinner

  Walked in the restaurant to pick up an order and not one customer in the in the dining area or in the drive-through. Stood there a total of probably just over five minutes The young man and young female behind the counter, looked up at me a few times never acknowledged Never said someone will be right with Literally pretended like I wasn’t there Look for a manager, but didn’t see one hopefully not one of these two were managers they both had headsets on very poor service
