  Here is what I can tell you about the one on 9th Ave! The service is flawless and so is the drinks once you learn how you like it and what to order! The first few times I went I was getting a icee coffee with caramel but it wasn’t to my liking and one day I asked for a caramel latte, almond milk and extra caramel drizzle with extra sweetener….ITS THE BEST DRINK ever! the Face I always see is Destiny! She is so amazing and is always very kind! The entire crew deserves a raise really! I can’t remember all their names but overall 100/100

  I absolutely love this place! The people who work here go above and beyond and are so kind. Love the energy drinks they always taste amazing! Definitely would recommend!

  I went through the drive thru and there was no real organization when it came to taking an order. A vehicle that drove up 2 cars after I did, order was taken before mine. When I placed my order, I showed the young lady a screenshot and the name of the item I wanted. In fact I showed her 3 images of coffees my daughter purchased there, with the ingredients. She tells me that they don't make it and a lot of people use AI and post them. These were iced coffees my daughter bought a few days ago and highly recommended them to me. She proceeded to tell me that I can add what was in the title, replace some of the ingredients with what other people get and hope it tastes like the name of the drink I really wanted. I ordered my drink and asked the price. She typed it in. I proceeded to the window/ cashier, and the cashier tried to charge me a higher amount. I had to correct her and she told me that the prices are changed without them being told. When my drink was brought out, it did not look or taste anything I ordered. I was told " we will get it right next time". I wasn't even offered a replacement. I tried to call to speak with a manager, but 7 Brew Coffee dosen't have a customer service. They advise that you email them. I have been to this particular location before and all the coffees taste the same. I think it will be a while before I go back. Maybe, when there is a completely different crew.
