  I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Pink Mermaid energy drink, and the cold foam on top was clearly spoiled. It had a sour taste and smell, making the entire drink undrinkable. I ended up having to throw the whole thing away since I had to go to work, which was a complete waste of money. I understand mistakes happen, but ingredients like cold foam should be checked for freshness before being served. I hope the staff pays closer attention to quality control so this doesn't happen to someone else.

  The service is always 10/10 and the employees at this location are beyond amazing!! The drinks are always good

  I came by 7Brew this morning to get coffee on my way to work. It is the morning after I had just lost my 15 year old dog unexpectedly. I completely broke down on the sweet girl working there and just started crying uncontrollably. She was beyond sweet and stood there and talked to me for a few minutes (it was early, so there was no rush at all) and calmed me back down. I didn't catch her name, but she sat there and let me tell her all about my sweet boy. She showed me grace and humanity when all I went there for was coffee. I will forever be thankful for the kindness this sweet girl showed me, a total stranger, when all she had to do was take my order and move along. I will continue to come back and support this specific 7Brew because of the employees that are employed at this location. Thank you again for your kindness this morning. It meant more to me than you will ever know.

  First time there was yesterday. I ordered a medium blended almond milk latte with a shot of sugar free dark chocolate flavor. Sooo coffee, almond milk, dark chocolate and ice blended. Since it was my first time there, I asked how many shots of espresso came in the medium just to be sure. The girl told me that since it was a specialty drink it had 3 shots.... She didn't sound confident in her answer so I also asked the girl at the pick up window. I was then told that since they were made in large batches so there is no way to tell how much is in the drink. I didn't mean to laugh at her but her answer was, um, ridiculous. She then followed up by saying there could be between 4-6 shots of espresso in it. So I left thinking there was anywhere between 3-6 shots of espresso in my drink so I was kind of scared to drink the whole thing. My latte tasted good but I don't think I'll be going back because how do you know what you're getting in your drink? How does no one there know how much coffee is in a drink? They're going to end up giving somebody heart palpitations or something giving them a drink with four to six shots of espresso in it when they're only expecting maybe two! 🤯

  It was my first time here with my mom. We had no idea what to choose. It’s extremely hot out and the girl was STILL so nice and helpful and patient. We were admiring how nice all of the girls working were. It was like they were actually having fun while working together. That’s so hard to find now days. Most places people are miserable, rude to each other and terrible customer service. The fact that they have fun and get along is helping this place thrive. Give these girls on 9th ave and Creighton a raise. All of them!
