I went to this 7 brew on Davis hwy ordered a funnel cake drink and I think they forgot to put the funnel cake part in there it tasted like crap so I hope I can get a replacement also the girl that handed me my drink didn’t wipe off the drink and got some in my cup holder been there before didn’t catch her name so hopefully I can get a free drink since this one tasted like crap no flavor at all
As a restaurant food service you should not be playing with dogs, holding dogs, animals (any type of fur foreign contaminants), outside dirt or anything handling food. I did not think I would see that in the drive-through it’s utterly disgusting!
Went on 6/21 at 8am outside lane. The girl handed me someone else’s order and was rude when I said it wasn’t my order and when I asked for a drink carrier she looked at me like I was stupid (I ordered 4 drinks). The rest of the interaction was not friendly either. Ive come to this location a few times and the employees are never friendly !

I said to the guy " what are your energy drinks called?" He ignores me. I asked if i can have a coconut 7 energy (after looking it up on my cell phone because he didnt wanna answer my question) and he goes "im just gonna pull up a menu for you to look at"
No. You can just give me what I just asked for. He was rude and made our ordering process way too complicated! Go to Starbucks instead, they should be able to muster up something that resembles customer service because 7 brew sure couldn't figure it out
I came to this 7brew having a great day, great attitude, excited to get a drink with my friend and go to the beach. This employee decided to take out whatever bad mood she had on us. We pulled up, said “hi how are you?” and she had an attitude and did not even ask how we were. No customer interaction, did not leave a good first impression. It wasn’t even busy to have an attitude like that. I ordered, said I was an employee, and she didn’t let us get the discount which we weren’t even upset by because I understand different franchises have different rules, HOWEVER, she did not have to have such an attitude off bat. Did not even say “have a nice day” or anything. If this were the stand I work at, she would’ve gotten written up IMMEDIATELY because 7brew is all about customer interaction and wanting to come back. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to make excuses for someone like “oh maybe she’s having a bad day” because even on my worst day I provide the best customer service and create an environment that brings customers back to the stand. Very very disappointing.
