    I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location recently, and I hope the management will take them seriously because I actually like the food. 1. Pickup experience The first time, I came to pick up my order and was trying to remember which name I had used. I told the employee, “I think it’s either A or B.” Before I could even finish my sentence, they immediately started looking under one name, then told me they couldn’t find the order. After I asked them to check the other name, they found it right away. I wish they had listened to the full sentence before rushing to search. It made a simple pickup take longer than necessary. 2. Mobile app order Another time, I placed an order through the restaurant’s app more than an hour before arriving. By the time I got to the store, the app had already indicated that the order should have been ready. However, when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t ready—and it actually hadn’t even been started yet. I had to go back to work and return later to pick it up. As someone who planned ahead specifically to avoid waiting, this was extremely frustrating. 3. DoorDash order After having issues with the restaurant’s app, I decided to try ordering through DoorDash instead. I placed the order about 40 minutes in advance, and DoorDash notified me that it was ready for pickup. I even waited another 20 minutes before driving over, thinking there would definitely be no wait. When I arrived, I was told I still had to wait. I understand that delays happen, and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry myself, so I know restaurants can adjust pickup times if food isn’t ready. Instead, the order was marked as ready when it clearly wasn’t. After waiting for quite a while, part of my order finally came out, while employees were cleaning and helping other customers. I ended up standing there without any updates until I had to ask someone to check on my order again. Overall, the biggest issue isn’t the wait itself—it’s that orders are repeatedly marked as ready when they are not. If customers are ordering 40 minutes to over an hour in advance, or receive notifications that their food is ready, they shouldn’t still be waiting at the restaurant. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. I genuinely hope the restaurant improves its order management and communication, because this has happened multiple times and has made the pickup experience consistently frustrating.

    Don't make online order its never done when they say it is, walked up on the store and still had to wait and the guy cook could only say mami , mami what ??? I told him I'd never order from here again and he shrugged his shoulders like a little kid as if he didn't care.... The cashier seemed clueless and lacked customer service.

    Order takeout on the app, I put plain chicken but there is no option for sauce on the side. I’ve asked several times when I go there , can I get sauce on the side since there is no option. Usually no problem. Today they made me pay for sauce. Chicken was saugy and the fried. I think I’m going to change up locations.
