  This place is terrible. The people working here no nothing about customer service and do not take the job seriously. I ordered the wings for take out. I received notification my order was ready. Drove to the store. Waited at the counter that NO ONE was attending for several minutes to be told the wings were not ready. Now I’m sitting here in the lobby for another 20 minutes so far and still the order isn’t ready to make matters worse I count six people in the kitchen. I wouldn’t waist my time with this place…

  The employee attended me in a bad way told me that my order is not ready and I told her that on the screen it was ready and she answered me in a rude way don't look at the screen that doesn't work. I thought it was disrespectful Friday 9:35 pm david !

  Terrible, just terrible. I placed an order online and it said it would have been done in 10-12 minutes. I get to the place and the place is packed to the brim, and barely any orders have been made. I had wanted to get food after my long shift because I was hungry and was met with this. I waited almost an hour and the people there had no sense of urgency. The girl in the front helped me out with a refund atleast. What a shame

  the slowest service in the history of mankind. do not order from them. if you do order, save yourself and show up at least an hour after they say it will be ready. even then, be prepared to wait. management, let me know if you need assistance training your staff and cooks to work more efficiently, happy to help. i want my wings. they’ll also lie on online orders and mark you order as “ready”. upon showing up, expect to wait for 30 minutes. it seems like they lie and mark orders as ready just so they can appear as tho they are fulfilling orders quickly for management to see.

  I am normally not the type of person to leave negative reviews about a business; however, after my repeated experiences with this particular Wingstop location in Pembroke Pines, I feel compelled to share my concerns. Over the years, I have patronized several Wingstop locations throughout South Florida, including locations that are considerably busier, and have generally received much better customer service. Unfortunately, this particular location has consistently fallen short. One recurring issue has been problems with the phone system when attempting to place an order, making what should be a simple process unnecessarily frustrating. On September 13, 2026, I visited the location and interacted with an employee named Keniana. During my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I was not greeted upon approaching the counter, and her demeanor came across as disengaged and unwelcoming. The interaction became even more frustrating when there was a misunderstanding regarding my order. Rather than attempting to clarify the issue in a courteous and professional manner, her response and demeanor came across as unnecessarily dismissive and confrontational. I understand that employees have difficult days and that misunderstandings happen. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism, particularly when they are simply trying to clarify an order. Based on my repeated experiences at this location, I believe management should take a closer look at both customer-service expectations and the recurring issues involving the ordering process. I enjoy Wingstop and will continue patronizing other locations, but this Pembroke Pines location has unfortunately not demonstrated the level of service I have experienced elsewhere. I can also make this more forceful and suitable for a 1-star Google review, while keeping it factual and credible.
