These young men had a great night and meal. They loved the atmosphere. The waitstaff and especially, the food. Salmon and pasta. Chicken Alfredo, and shared 4 meatballs. The passion fruit mocktails were a surprisingly refreshing delight. The dessert finale was the perfect finishing touch. -Carl

We visited Sosta Café for a birthday dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the trendy yet cozy atmosphere. As soon as you enter you are hit with the delicious smells of traditional italian cooking.
We started off with the italian nachos and the meatball apetizers (not pictured) both were very good. The italian nachos are a very generous portion and the meatballs are flavorful and moist.
Pictured are the lasagna, the fetuccini salmon and the chicken parm. The lasagna portion looked a bit small but I was told it was very good. I did try the salmon fetuccini that was great. And the chicken parm was very good too, im more used to the flatten chicken breast, this one is breaded and fried but not flattened, smothered in cheese and tomato sauce, delicious!
The desserts were the star of the show. Not pictured was an amoretto tiramisu which was amazing. The cheesecake was great. The canolli cake was my favorite.

Sosta Caffe is a hidden gem. The Italian food is always amazing, full of flavor, and nothing tastes microwaved or rushed. Everyone I recommend it to ends up loving it, and the prices are very reasonable. Hopefully more people discover this place—but maybe order online so it doesn’t get too packed lol.
The food was fine. The atmosphere was nice. The service was not. We had to go to the front to ask for water refill. We also had to check up on our food order twice. One small pizza and one pesto pasta took one hour to make. The pasta was a small portion. The restaurant was not busy for the delay.

This place could have been so good. I felt like it was a business that someone put a lot into once, but then stopped caring. Great recipes. It smelled so good. I knew the food would be good and it was. But in a place with these prices you should at least be able to sit on the toilet without worrying about the risk of injury. We told them about the broken toilet. I hope the repairs can be done before someone gets hurt. We arrived around 12:30 and didn't leave until after 3:00. We must have waited over an hour for our food, in a half empty restaurant. The decor is really cute and the ambiance could have been great, but attention needs to be paid to the accoustics. More than half the tables were empty, because it was lunchtime and voices still had a terrible echo. I could only imagine how loud it would be if the place were full or if a few lively parties came in. They need carefully positioned accoustics panels. I hope these issues can be addressed. I hate to see what could be a great business, fail this way.
