Chips are fresh made in the restaurant. The food here is awesome. You won't leave here hungry. If you haven't tried Qdoba, you have to.

- KGKiara GonzalezJun 3, 20262.0I'd give 2.5 stars because I usually have no issues ordering yummy meals from here, but my experience today has me speculating how QDOBA trains or hires their staff and cleanliness. Customer service has changed some since this location has opened. The young lady on the line up front dropped a bottle of sour cream on the floor as shes preparing my bowl, picks it up with her gloved hands and proceeds to put sour cream on my bowl after dropping it instead of using another clean bottle which was beside her. Then proceeds to prepare my brother's food with the same gloves she used to pick up the bottle from the floor. Yikes, this is something very fundamental concerning food safety that you don't do AT ALL – let alone in front of a customer who's food you're preparing in front of them. Then i realized later that my change was 10 cents short. Needed 70 cents back and was given 2 quarters and 2 nickles. I've come since they opened and got to witness the quality/service from the beginning up until this point. Food has always been tasty here, but I'd be lying if I said this experience didnt make me cringe.
