Pizza Machine in Pembroke Pines is one of South Florida’s oldest pizzerias.
We’ve been in the area for over 25 years and are now in our 3rd generation! We are a step above our competition in variety, speed of service, and quality. We use a special blend of the best premium mozzarella cheeses from around the world to provide a mouth-watering experience. We use pasta imported from Italy, and tomatoes from the San Joaquin Valley, which are picked and packed fresh.
In addition to takeout and delivery, we also offer catering services.

A few minutes later, we received a call saying the special was a mistake and would not be honored. Since we were already outside the restaurant, we went in to discuss it. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the owner, Ricardo, immediately had an attitude. When we politely asked why the advertised price couldn’t be honored, he became rude, raised his voice, and told us he would rather cancel our entire order than work with us. I understand that pricing errors can happen. What isn’t acceptable is the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Mistakes are one thing, but treating paying customers with hostility is another. We weren’t looking for an argument—we simply wanted to understand the situation. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior ensured that we won’t be returning
