  One star cuz I can't go lower. First of all I ordered from Pizza Hut because I could order from them directly cuz I didn't want to have to use doordash or any of the other services. I never received my order. I called the store and was hung up on. Was told that the manager spoke Spanish. And then when I called back the fourth time trying to do get in touch with the manager. Find out where the hell my food was or at least get them to refund the doordash order so I could go pick up a remade order. They refuse to answer sending me to the call center. They obviously have my number on the order so there's no excuse why they couldn't call me back if they were accidentally disconnected. And there's no excuse why the hell I should be waiting over 45 minutes for delivery. They tried to blame the rain, but that ended over a half an hour ago. The location is only 8 minutes away

  The pizza used to be great from here. It might still be, but they outsourced all their deliveries to DoorDash. Here’s what this means. If everything works, great. This is less and less likely (in my experience). If there is no DoorDasher willing to take the order, your food will sit there at Pizza Hut. They can’t contact DoorDash (according to them), and neither can you. You’re completely at the mercy of DoorDash, and the food might get there cold if it arrives at all. Your best bet is to order through DoorDash, not directly through Pizza Hut. But the two times we’ve done that, they’ve messed up our order. So your mileage may vary.

  I had a delivery order that was marked as delivered by the DoorDash driver, but I never received it. Naturally, it was a frustrating situation. I called the Pizza Hut location, and the employee who assisted me was extremely understanding and helpful. Without any hesitation, he offered to remake my entire order. Because I was in a hurry, I decided to pick it up at the store. When I arrived, he apologized again for what had happened and made sure I received my complete order. It's refreshing when a business has employees who can understand a customer's frustration and genuinely try to make things right. The issue was not caused by the restaurant, but the way they handled it turned a bad experience into a positive one. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you!

  Pizza was surprisingly undercooked...like the cheese was the wrong texture undercooked. Once we heated it up though, it was pizza hut.

  Great food and quick service! The pizza was hot and cheesy, just how I like it, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a solid choice for a cozy night in!
