  I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at the Silver Lakes Papa John’s was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called to order a large pizza with half pepperoni and ham and the other half spinach with tomato Alfredo. The employee accepted my order exactly as requested, quoted me the total, and never mentioned that my request could not be prepared that way. About ten minutes later, the store called to say they had no delivery drivers and asked me to pick up the order myself or it would be canceled. Although it was close to midnight, I agreed, got dressed again, drove to the store, accepted the discount they offered, and returned home. When I opened the pizza, it was completely different from what I had ordered. The entire pizza was covered with spinach and Alfredo sauce. Had someone simply explained that my original request wasn’t possible, I would have gladly ordered something else. I called the store expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, the manager repeatedly insisted the pizza was exactly what I had ordered, accused me of lying, refused to remake it even after I offered to return the incorrect pizza, told me he was tired of hearing my complaint, and then hung up on me. As the owner of multiple restaurants, I understand that mistakes happen. What should never happen is a manager accusing a customer of dishonesty, refusing a reasonable solution, and ending the conversation by hanging up. This was never about the cost of one pizza—it was about professionalism, accountability, and respect. I have already submitted a formal complaint to Papa John’s Corporate Customer Relations and Executive Leadership. I hope the company takes this matter seriously so that no other customer experiences the same treatment I received.

  Ordered a large steak pizza and received more onions and bell peppers😡. Told by Manager Janelle that the steak is measured in a cup. Obviously, it looks more like a tablespoon!! Very disappointed with the service!!

  Worst location ever, terrible customer service, left my gate after 1 minute and when I attempted to reorder they cancelled again, I usually never have issues with papa John’s but after this situation, calling the store trying to get it rectified and how that associate handled it makes me never want papa John’s again!

  My pizza was marked as ready, but when I arrived, I was told a driver had apparently taken it and that it needed to be remade. I then had to wait even longer for my order. What was most disappointing was the response. The employee only apologized and offered no accommodation for the inconvenience. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none was on site. After I mentioned I would leave a review, the employee stated that because I was leaving a bad review, no accommodations would be made.This is unacceptable. From marking an order as ready when it wasn't, to the lack of customer service and acknowledgment of the inconvenience, the entire experience was very disappointing.
