    I don’t usually write reviews bc I am a busy mom to two kiddos. Well today’s the day! Yall got me on a good day. I placed an order through the drive thru. I am always super kind to service workers because I’ve heard of some crazy stuff people do to your food. Anyway the girl in the drive thru was so nasty. I ordered and she responded in these vague open ended statements. So I’m asking questions to understand what she’s trying to say. And she’s responding “yuuuuppp” and “nooooope” not answering things clearly. Just clearly having an attitude unprovoked. Anyway I get this food and it’s terrible. I ordered the chick chipotle avocado melt and only thing inside of it is chicken and sauce. Disgusting. And my Mac and cheese taste like cleaning products. I had to stop eating. I am very upset for the amount of money I just gave to this establishment. Never coming here again!

    Always has stale bread at night. At first I thought it was just my tastes changed, and I confirmed by going to another establishment. However, it turns out all the southern Florida ones just prefer to serve stale bread for dinner (maybe same management thing). I'm currently in North Carolina and i just had to update my review. This location and others in/around Pembroke Pines needs to work on not serving stale bread.

    I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the Panera Bread located 11025 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 on June 12, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m. I visited the drive-thru to order a tuna sandwich and simply asked if the sandwich came with a pickle on the side. The employee taking my order, Victoria, informed me that none of their sandwiches came with pickles. I politely explained that I frequently order tuna sandwiches from Panera and have always received a pickle on the side. Rather than responding professionally, Victoria replied in a rude and dismissive tone, “Well, if you want the pickle, we can give you the pickle!” I then requested the You Pick Two option with both selections being tuna sandwiches. Victoria told me that it would be cheaper for me to order a half tuna sandwich instead. When I chose to proceed with the order I originally wanted, she responded by saying, “Whatever floats your boat.” I found this comment dismissive, unnecessary, and unprofessional. I then spoke with the manager, Sunshine, regarding my concerns. Instead of addressing the situation and attempting to resolve the issue, she told me that I would have to look up the corporate phone number myself. She even offered to pull it up on her phone rather than taking ownership of the customer complaint. At that point, I was so frustrated by the treatment I received that I chose to leave without purchasing any food. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected simply for asking a question about their order. I have been a loyal Panera customer for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Management should seriously review the level of customer service being provided at this store. Employees who interact with customers should be courteous, respectful, and professional, and unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

    In the drive through I ordered a pick two (sandwich and soup). They didn’t ask about what side we wanted and when we checked in the bag we had no side so we asked for a baguette for our side. The person took the bag and checked on the receipt and said we put in chips. We asked for a baguette instead. The girl looked obviously annoyed and gave it to us. BTW chips WERENT EVEN IN THE BAG!!! So they forgot the side in general despite what the recent said. She also gave attitude through the speaker. This isn’t the first time where she’s been like this. This also isn’t the first time this person has forgotten our side for our pick 2 order. I love this Panera and have gone for over two years but this is the first time I’ve encountered such rude and passive aggressive service at a Panera. Very disappointing.
