  The food is usually fresh but nearly everytime I got they forget something. Today I ordered 2 plan burgers and a 6 count of nuggets. They gave me the sauce for the nuggets, but no nuggets. I mean adding ranch after forgetting the entree it goes with is just rubbing salt in the wound

  I am writing to file a complaint regarding a hot caramel sundae I recently purchased. The caramel was extremely hard, almost like a solid rock, instead of being warm and smooth as it is normally served. This significantly affected the quality of the product and made it unpleasant to eat. I brought this issue to the attention of a staff member wearing a red shirt, who I was told is named Tracey, on two separate occasions. Each time, I was told that nothing could be done and that this is how the product is normally served, which is not accurate based on my prior experiences. Fortunately, two other employees were very kind and assisted me by providing a replacement, which I appreciated. However, the main concern is the attitude and unwillingness to address a clear quality issue, despite being approached more than once. I am disappointed not only with the product quality but also with the lack of appropriate customer service during this interaction. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed to ensure better quality control and improved customer service moving forward.
