  Place is not clean. Staff is cold. Sandwiches were ok not the quality one would expect from Jimmy John’s. Staff not following food safety protocols with fidelity. I teach servsafe certification. I know what to look for - hand washing and gloves not being changed as they should be.

  On April 20, I reached out to jimmy John’s via their website to seek resolution on 2 missing items from my delivery order: a bag of chips and a brownie. To the corporate side’s credit, on April 22 I got a reply saying that my issue would be forwarded to the individual franchisee (this location) and they would resolve my issue within 48 hours. It’s now May 2 and no reply from the franchisee. The sandwiches tasted fine. This is a simple error that should be easily fixed. So far it hasn’t. I’m hoping this review will be helpful in the quest for my refund for a bag of chips and a brownie.
