Please have the store owner or a regional manager contact me immediately regarding repeated order issues. Ever since I called about an issue with a previous order, almost every subsequent order has had a problem. While I tried to let minor mistakes go, it has now become a clear pattern done on their end. The Jamba Juice website states that calling the store is the only option to resolve order issues, but the team and management have refused to answer the store phone for two days straight. I have try calling all through the days. I have also submitted a standard contact form with no reply. Because I ordered directly through the official Jamba Juice website, I expect a reliable way to get in contact with Jamba Juice and get what I paid for. Please contact me via phone or email to discuss and resolve this matter. Thank you.
