  "Haagen-Dazs has always been one of my favorite places for ice cream, and this visit was no exception. The quality of the ice cream is outstanding, with rich flavors and a creamy texture that is hard to match. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. What I enjoy most is that every visit feels like a small treat. Whether you're stopping by for a scoop, a sundae, or a shake, you can tell they take pride in the quality of their products. Great service, delicious ice cream, and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

  According to Google, the store was open until 10:30 PM. However, when we arrived at 9:30 PM, the manager ensured that we felt like she was doing us a favor by serving whatever ice cream she had on one side, as she had already placed the rest in the freezer. Furthermore, she was already covering the ice cream that we were supposed to consume. All of this occurred because she stated that the store was closing due to the slow night. I get it, but is nit cool to do that in front of the customer. While I acknowledge that HD has the best ice cream, the customer service and overall experience are always the most significant assets. For such a prominent brand, this was quite disappointing.

  This location is excellent! The customer service is outstanding, especially from Daniella. She is always friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism and positive attitude make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

  I am not one to write a review, but this one is definitely worth it! My hat goes off to Michael, who somehow convinced my picky eater child to try a different flavor other than chocolate!!! He was gracious and VERY patient, and introduced him to different flavors. Thank you Michael for the amazing service! We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!!

  I usually don’t take the time to leave a review somewhere but my experience today was so great I had to. From the moment I walked up to order I was greeted by michael with a smile and while I decided what I was going to order I was met with patience and friendly recommendations of what the most popular orders were and what the employee’s favorite order was. The work area was nice and clean and as Michael made my sundae he made sure to keep the cleanliness. The presentation of the sundae was perfect! Not to mention how delicious it was. Like I said, I had to take the time to leave a review because I was honestly impressed. Thank you for the great service, I’ll be back to try the other items he recommended.
