From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to walk me through the entire menu. He recommended some of the best items, told me about the hidden menu, and helped me customize my burger. I have to say—it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My daughter absolutely loved her burger too. She had such a great experience that she even drew a picture afterward and wrote, “Ronald is the best cook!” That meant a lot to us and shows just how memorable he made our visit. Customer service like Ronald’s is rare these days. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our first experience was a great one. Because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back to this Five Guys location. Thank you, Ronald, for making our first visit unforgettable. Five Guys is lucky to have you on their team! 🍔👏
