  Very disappointed in this location. Ordered my order and waited 15 mins (I was the only one in the store at the time) and there were 4 people working. All they did was yapping, laughing, and no working. Won’t be coming back to this one. first and last time. Not friendly people working there either.

  I’m VERY disappointed in this location. The people who run this location are extremely RUDEE. I’ve only gone a handful of times and I’ve been just as disgusted every time. First off, when you walk in no one even greets you. I was in line this last time and the time before and the ladies don’t care. They were in the middle of their conversation and they weren’t going to end it for anybody. After almost 5 minutes of me and three others waiting in line with no one’s order being taken. They finally had one of them take our order. Then as I said my order. One of the girls is making my drink. But here comes the conversations again and yes you won’t believe-while in the middle of making my drink she stops. Turns around and continues the conversation (all of these conversations are in another language that I’m not familiar with) and I literally had to say “excuse me can I have my drink” and then they give me a nasty look and finished my drink, hands it to me, then says oh do you want cinnamon? (The drink comes with cinnamon so I thought that was weird to ask.). Then hands it to me I said “thank you have a great day” very politely and no one said anything back. So I said okay “I guess no thank you then” and I walked out. I will literally drive out of my way to go to the location on Pines blvd rather than this one because I actually get greeted and treated like a human being at that location.. At this place, Every. Single. Time. Has been a horrible experience!!! Dunkin GM really needs to change the people in that location. And clearly according to the other reviews, I’m not the only one feeling this way. Very horrible customer service. I used to be in customer service so, I expect the best sorry not sorry. It’s a job, not a hangout- which is what they treat it like. Will not be going back to this location.

  Servicio excelente, comida ,cafe el mejor de pembroke pines ,felicitaciones a la empleada mairovis por su gran atencion ,trato respetuoso y muy agradable ,siempre voy a regresar un sitio muy especial
