It is about the safety of the women who enter the establishment. During my visit with my wife on August 12, 2026, we noticed that the women’s restroom was permanently closed. My wife asked the employees after waiting more than 15 minutes. I went into the men’s restroom, and after me three more men went in, while my wife was still waiting and knocking on the women’s restroom door without anyone responding. Given the urgency, and after the employees themselves told her to use the men’s restroom, we were able to deduce that the women’s restroom is permanently closed so that the employees can use it, placing women in a risky situation — both sanitary and in terms of safety — by forcing them to use the men’s restroom.

However, their posted closing time was still about an hour and a half away. When I tried to clarify, the staff member was rude and didn’t explain the situation clearly. I also attempted to call multiple times beforehand, but no one answered. I understand that working in fast food can be exhausting—I’ve been there myself—but there’s still a level of professionalism and honesty that customers deserve. I would have appreciated clear communication instead of feeling dismissed. I hope management addresses this and provides better training, so future customers have a more respectful and transparent experience.
