I gave the amount and then she counted my money wrong and said I owed another dollar. I gave the other dollar and she called it a tip. I go in to get the avocado toast without bacon since they put bacon on it and they wouldn't give me the money back for the extra charge. I never knew you could make such an easy order so difficult. I will never go back to this store.i paid 7 dollars for avocado toast. They ripped me off.

- RCRachel ColeJun 12, 20262.0Drinks-- never consistently made, I've received drinks with chunks of matcha, mobile orders made up on the spot and not what I ordered, etc. Inside is probably a genuine health hazard. Sticky syrup (under the coffee tap bar, not the syrup pump area) all over, the juice cartons sitting out instead of being refrigerated, floors were filthy, the entire inside needs cleaning and wall repair (holes in the wall above the doorframe). THEY SHARED THE STIRRING SPOON BETWEEN ORDERS and it was in a cup of metal water-- not actually being fully rinsed or cleaned. The employees were doing their best, but 2 people isn't enough of a crew to keep it running well. The drive thru was shut down, they had mountains of orders stacking up, it just is never a good experience.
