- ACAmanda Caceres4 days ago1.0I rather drive 5 miles to the next dunkin than keep coming to this horrible location. Every time I give them a chance the drink is actually inedible. You ask them to remake it and they give you a worse version. The workers will ignore walk ins in the lobby and will never make your drink right. I’m escalating this to corporate because there is no way a dunkin can give such horrible service. Thankfully the other dunkin’s in the area are good but it’s very unfortunate how SHIT the service and the food is here. I hope it gets shut down or everyone gets retrained or get new employees. It is unbelievable how horrible they treat clients. The only good service is received was from the tall young man with a lot of piercings, he’s cool and actually made my order right. The rest of yall can go to hell tbh

- JKJalyn KnightSep 18, 20261.0This location is ABSURD! Genuinely absurd. I find it AMAZING that despite being called Dunkin’ DONUTS they seem to never have any donuts. Literally I don’t know how that is possible. I have been to this location 4 times and have given grace each time, but at this point I’m frustrated that I wasted my time going there. Also, I am not showing up there in the evening—not that it should make a difference—but I have gone mid morning to late afternoon, at the latest. I’m not going there for coffee, there are a million other places I’d go before Dunkin for coffee. However, I do go there for the namesake of the chain—DONUTS and I usually get a coffee in addition. It’s crazy that somehow this location consistently is missing a vital part of what they’re selling; donuts. And it’s a shame because this location is missing out on money at this point—every time I go and am told there is no donuts, I simply leave. Now, one out of the three times I’ve been there, they did have ONE flavor of donuts—Boston crème. I don’t like that flavor so I don’t get it, but I’m truly not picky, that’s just one of the few flavors I don’t like. Still though; I think it’s ridiculous to only have one flavor available. I don’t spend a dime on anything else because again I’ve gone out of my way to go there for the donuts. Corporate should really investigate this location because it truly doesn’t make sense to not have any donuts at random points in the day. Or, for the matter, to only have one available flavor.
