  I went to Diced last night and had a really great experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the cashier girl’s name, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole ordering process. She made everything insightful and had such a positive attitude and went beyond. The manager, Jose, personally brought out our food, which was a really nice touch. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was exactly how it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. The food came out fresh and quick! Honestly, everything was done perfectly from the service to the food to the overall atmosphere. The team made us feel really welcomed, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Definitely one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a WHILE. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  Had such an amazing experience at Diced thanks to Stephanie Austin! It was our first time here and she was beyond helpful from start to finish. She guided us through everything so professionally, answered all our questions with patience, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. This is exactly how an employee should be — attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Props to her for making such a great first impression. We’ll definitely be back because of her!
