  Unbelievable how dirty this location was, especially considering it has only been open for about a year. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed completely unaware of new customers walking in. We stood there for almost five minutes and had to ask the three employees present if anyone was going to take our order. However, the most disturbing issue was the lack of cleanliness. The tables, floors, and drink station were all noticeably dirty. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the restaurant was practically empty. There is no excuse for this level of poor service and lack of cleanliness.

  I’ve gone couple times here and I always try give them another shoot but it never fails. The place is filthy. The food they either always run out of white rice, chicken or guac. Today I had to wait for 15 min for the rice and when I went to eat it once I got home it was not cooked properly the rice was hard as hell so there goes my money and no food. Never coming to this one again! Rather drive few blocks more down and go to the one closer to the mall.

  when I come here, I never know what I’m gonna get either bad food or bad attitude! The people who work at the in the front, always have a face and an attitude like they generally don’t wanna be there. I ordered a quesadilla tonight, the man who helped me at the beginning was very nice. He seemed like a manager just from the way he was dressed. Later on he moved on so he can take the next customer and I dealt with this young girl and she just had an attitude with me the entire time I can see it on her face. I can see it in her demeanor, and I felt very disrespected. She would ask me questions and just her tone would come off as if she had a problem with my response which by the way we’re just simple responses asking questions about my food. i’ve been coming to the chipotle for a while and it’s either my food is awful or the people on the team. Just lack simple Customer service adequacy. I get you might’ve had a long day and you’re tired and exhausted. Don’t bring that negative energy onto your customers. You are the face of the business.

  Extremely disappointing experience — 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t an option. I placed a pickup order through Chipotle Lane and was made to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to receive my order. After driving another 15 minutes home, I realized they had given me the completely wrong order. I had to drive another 15 minutes back to the restaurant to get the issue corrected. Unfortunately, the staff was not very cooperative or understanding about the situation. After all the time, gas, and inconvenience caused by their mistake, the only thing they offered was a free drink. This is also not the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this at this Chipotle. At this point, it’s becoming a recurring problem rather than a one-time mistake. Mistakes happen, but making a customer wait 30 minutes, giving them the wrong order, and then expecting them to drive back to fix the restaurant’s mistake is unacceptable. The way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. I would give 0 stars if the system allowed me to. Unfortunately, I’m forced to give 1 star. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

  I live very close to this location, but now I’ll have to find another place. I’ve been reading reviews from five or six months ago, and instead of improving, it seems to be getting worse. I rarely leave reviews, but this is one of the most disgusting places I’ve visited recently. There was trash everywhere and old food scattered across the assembly line. The employees appeared so dirty that my bowl was covered in grease after they handled it. Management clearly hasn’t addressed these ongoing problems. I’m writing this review to save other customers the trip. I’m honestly surprised I haven’t gotten sick.
