- GLG Lopez4 days ago1.0I’ve given this Chipotle location way too many chances, but every single time I come it’s always a bad experience . 😭 I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes just to order when there were only about 8 people in line. Today, I decided to order online so I wouldn’t “have to wait “ pickup time was at 8:30 PM. I got there around 8:50 PM and my order still wasn’t even ready. I didn’t end up getting my food until a little after 9. On top of the constant long wait time the location is always dirty and they’re always out of basic things like forks and napkins. And when I finally got my food today, I opened the bag and realized they forgot my chips. 🤦♀️ At this point I’m giving this location a 0/5. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Don’t come here. 🚩

The fountain juices are always empty and they always seem to be out of protein compared to other Chipotles . My wife had a similar experience as well.

I am so done with this place. Do better people.If you don't like your job working with the public, you should work with dead people!! I was there 7/31 @ 3 pm so you know who was working, which was free chips and guacamole day which I got neither!
