When we walked in, there was a line, but almost every table was dirty, and the staff looked like they absolutely hated being there. No one was friendly or welcoming. When I got to the serving line, I immediately noticed the proteins looked completely different than they used to. The chicken and steak didn’t have that grilled appearance or flavor anymore they almost looked steamed. The texture was strange, and neither one tasted right. It definitely wasn’t the Chipotle I remember. After getting our food, we had a hard time finding a clean table because most of them hadn’t been wiped down. To top it off, the ice machine was out of ice. Overall, the food quality, cleanliness, and customer service have all gone downhill. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t eat here again.

And the chicken is very spicy, which is something I hate and it’s not advertised as spicy. Plus the chips are stale. I spent $31! Deleting the app and never ordering again!
