  Every visit we’ve had recently, something has been wrong. Ordering in person, my husbands bowl was half full. They’re somehow out of cheese today? On a Wednesday at 7:30? The rice is ALWAYS raw, steak is chewey. The ones on the line making the actual bowl clearly have no concept of portion sizes. Over it.

  I just came from in there today around 1:45 and wasn’t very disappointed and upset, customer service is very very poor .you guys needs to do better. Even up to the manager was rude . I will be making a call

  Ordenè un bowl de beef barbacoa y la muchacha que estaba sirviendo la carme me puso solo tres tiras de carne, le deje saber que eso no era un side normal de carne y me añadieron mas carne y me cobraron doble barbacoa, Le tratè de explicar a la manager pero esta me ignorò. en fin 23 dolares por unas tiras de beef con arroz. Creo que deven revisar las porcines. Una estafa en mi juicio. No volveria a comer aqui !!!!

  I visited the Chipotle in Pembroke Pines, FL tonight (6/24/27 around 9pm) and was very disappointed with both the quality of the chips and the customer service. I purchased a bowl, large queso and chips, and the chops were stale. Thinking it might have just been one bad bag, I tried another, and then a third, but all of them were stale. I informed the employee serving the food, expecting the issue to be acknowledged and resolved. Instead, the employee became argumentative. When I mentioned that the chips were stale, I was told that they are cooked in the morning and served throughout the day until closing. While I understand that chips may be prepared daily, customers should still receive fresh, crisp chips. If chips made in the morning lose their quality by the evening, additional batches should be prepared to maintain the standard customers expect. This experience was disappointing not only because of the stale chips but because of how the concern was handled. A simple apology and an offer to replace the chips would have resolved the situation. Instead, I felt dismissed and argued with. I hope management reviews both the food quality and the customer service at this location so future customers have a better experience.

  Was hardly given any rice or meat and had to ask for them to add more of everything on my burrito. Got double beef and chicken, when they put it in my burrito it was hardly any meat, so I asked for a little bit more and they charged me for triple. The portions at this location are absolutely terrible. They skimp you on everything and will charge you extra for skimping you. 30 dollars for a burrito chips and drink. Also one lady didn’t speak any English working the line
