Rice was hard with every bite, chicken had the bones inside, guac was clumpy with no salt and avocado tasted stale, and chips were stale. Such terrible quality of food. Didn’t even eat half and threw everything out. I’m going to stick with the other chipotle locations I go to.

- KKKarlaJun 4, 20261.0I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to this Chipotle location. Upon arrival, there was very little prepared food available, and several key menu items were unavailable, including guacamole and regular chicken. This made it difficult to place an order and significantly impacted the overall experience. In addition, the customer service was unacceptable. The cashier displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction, including making disrespectful facial expressions when we requested extra cheese. Rather than providing courteous customer service, the staff made us feel unwelcome and as though our order was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the chips were terrible. They were stale, tasted old, and were clearly not fresh. The quality of the food did not meet the standards I expect from Chipotle. Between the lack of available menu items, the poor food quality, and the disrespectful behavior displayed by the staff, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at a Chipotle location. The overall level of service and food quality was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope this matter is taken seriously, investigated, and addressed promptly to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
